  • If the apartment is ready earlier, you will be informed.
    The keys will be handed over directly at the apartment.
  • For a worry-free stay, upon request it is possible to activate a travel insurance that protects the guest in case of cancellation due to unforeseen events, with reimbursement of the amount paid, according to the policy conditions.

    The cost of the insurance is 10% of the total stay value.

    Without travel insurance, no refunds are provided in case of cancellation.
