Check-in starts from 3:00 PM. The exact delivery time depends on the apartment cleaning schedule and availability at 3:00 PM cannot be guaranteed. The apartment may be ready later in the afternoon.
If the apartment is ready earlier, we will inform you promptly.
If you arrive before check-in time, subject to parking availability, you may leave your car in our parking area and enjoy some free time until you are contacted.
Check-out is strictly by 9:00 AM. The car may be left in the parking area until 10:00 AM at the latest, to allow new guests to arrive and park comfortably.
The deposit amounts to 30% of the total stay and must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the check-in date.
Payments are accepted exclusively by bank transfer and must be made strictly within the deadlines indicated at the time of booking.
Failure to respect the payment deadlines will result in the booking not being confirmed.
In case of cancellation of the stay, no refunds are provided.
To protect yourself against unexpected events, we recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy.
Upon request, we offer the possibility to activate a travel insurance policy at a cost of 10% of the total stay value.

By booking your stay with us, you will receive a 20% discount code to be used directly on our website with the ferry companies Moby and Toremar, at your preferred times.
